How Our Freight Process Works
Quote & Destination Check
You give us the required product quantities and the delivery postal code. We calculate current direct freight tariffs without hidden surcharges.
Order Confirmation & Dispatch
Goods are allocated, palletized, weather-wrapped, and booked onto dedicated transport lines leaving our Austrian facility.
Transit & Carrier Contact
Consignment tracking starts here. For pallet deliveries, the carrier contacts you to confirm the designated delivery window.
Delivery & CMR Sign-off
Goods arrive at your destination. They are inspected together and signed for on the international consignment note (CMR).
Freight FAQ & Access Guidelines
Our standard tail-lift trucks are 18-tonne rigid vehicles needing at least 3.0m width clearance and firm, level ground. If your access road has weight restrictions or tight turns, tell us when requesting a quote and we will dispatch smaller vehicles instead.
Manual pallet jacks only roll on smooth, solid hardstanding like concrete, tarmac, or block paving. They cannot cross gravel, soil, soft grass, or steep inclines.
Yes. All firewood crates and pellet pallets travel under heavy-duty UV-stabilized stretch wrapping and top weather covers, so they arrive dry whatever the weather.

We answer within one working day.
One truckload of kiln-dried birch, standing monthly pellet contracts, or a special lumber profile — give us quantity, destination, and timing, and the sales desk comes back with an all-inclusive delivered price. No call-centre runaround.
